Set Arrival Status

Setting arrival statuses allows you to easily view which guests have arrived from your accommodation calendar.

Click ‘Calendar’

Click 'Calendar'

Navigate to Main Menu > Accommodation > Calendar

Select a Booking

Select a Booking

Select the desired booking by date (columns) and room (rows). Click ‘View booking’.

Click ‘Details’

Click 'Details'

 

Click ‘Arrived’

Click 'Arrived'

 

Click ‘Save’

Click 'Save'

 

View Arrived Bookings

View Arrived Bookings in Your Calendar

In your accommodation calendar, you can view arrived bookings by clicking the ‘Arrived’ switch. The icon in the yellow box indicates that the guest/s have arrived.
