Adding Membership to Guest
Once a Membership is created, it can be added to a guest by following a few simple steps. This will be the process staff can use to set up Memberships for Guests onsite or over the phone etc.
When Guests book online or with staff, their relevant Membership discount will apply.
Go to Memberships or Discounts and Membership to learn more before proceeding.
- Search for or create new Guest
- Go to Membership tab and select correct Membership
- Test membership through booking
Staff are able to apply a membership directly to a guest and process a payment for it.
Search Guest
Search for Guest and select from list.
Go to Membership tab. Select appropriate Membership from drop menu.
Then click ‘Create Membership’ button.
It will automatically take you to the ‘Payment’ tab of Membership just created. Apply payment ‘Type’ from list, based on how customer pays for Membership. Click ‘Make Payment’ to make purchase and activate Membership.
It will record the payment in ‘Payments’ panel. Click ‘Membership Details’ to see record of the Membership.
See content of the Membership created. Click on Guest name to return to Guest profile.
Click on ‘Membership’ tab to view the details of their Membership such as expiry and quantity visits remaining. Search for Guest any time under the Membership tab to review their Membership/s status.
In this example, when Guest books service for relevant Membership online, it will not charge them for the 3 visits they have purchased.
When Staff book Guest for relevant service it will also apply the Membership.
Test Membership
Go to booking calendar for relevant Membership service, in this case ‘Bathing Calendar’
Create new booking.
Assign guest (with Membership).
See ‘Amount Due’ reduced to zero, as Guest with membership is assigned.
Note: ‘Summer Membership’ applied to booking.
Online Booking example
Guest books ‘Bathing’.
Enters email Login details then continues to payment.
See ‘Summer Membership’ applied and ‘Amount Due’ is $0.00. Guest can ‘Make Booking’ without payment.
