Creating a Package

Packages are used to group offerings into a single bookable package.

Custom Letter Backgrounds

To help with branding and theme for your communications, custom letters can have an on brand colour used.

Deposit Setup and Settings

A Pricing Group can have a 'Deposit' amount or percentage set, that will be required at booking (online or via staff), instead of full booking payment.

Discounts

Businesses can create discounts that can be applied by guests during the online booking process by entering a promotional code.

Gift Voucher Discounts

Allows for creation of discounts that can be applied to specific vouchers (via services and packages) at checkout or via custom URL.

Hide Duration Display Online

For Bathing and Spa treatments, a duration icon and text display to indicate the length of service.

Mandatory Guest Fields

Within Netbookings settings it is possible to enable which fields are mandatory for guest profile in front end and back end, for waivers and voucher creation.

Payment Link Only

This setting allows for payment links to be sent via SMS and Email that last 30 days with no booking expiry.

Promotions for Passes

Promotions are used to provide detail about what type of passes are being generated under Passes menu (see also Packages for Passes).

Setup of Package for Passes

Using a switch within Package Setup we can enable some packages to be sent as a pass to 3rd parties, agents and more.

Show ‘from’ For Prices

If we want to present our products online with a 'from' in front of price, users can select a setting to ensure it shows on all products on the Find Your Experience page.
