Accessing Missing Voucher

This procedure allows you to find old or missing Voucher's that do not return in Search function.

Agent Certificates allow the generation of certificate/voucher batches without the need for full PDF certificates/vouchers to be sent to a series of guests - rather they can be supplied with certificate/voucher number & validation code to be used in front end via checkout.

Cancel a Voucher

Cancelling a voucher is a simple matter of refunding the value of the voucher, then changing the expiry date to today.

Communications and Reminders

This menu allows you to adjust the automatic custom or system emails sent to guests for various purposes.

Create Voucher

Create a voucher redeemable by recipients/purchasers.
