Set credit card surcharge to be applied online, or in backend when using ‘Credit Card (Gateway)’ and ‘Manual Credit Card’ payment types. Additonally set EFTPOS surcharge will applies to all card transactions using Netbookings POS module. 

Go To System>Setup>Settings>Integrations tab
