Accounting Code Setup
To create accounts to be a applied to pricing group, services, retail items, tour/activity templates, packages and anywhere applicable.

Allows for packages to be booked by Agents either full price or with a trade rate/discount applied, via the Agent portal.
Agent Passes
Agents when accessing the portal can generate passes either 'On Account' or upfront by 'Credit Card' payment.
Agent Setup
Netbookings allows businesses to use agents to make bookings on the behalf of guests.
Agent Vouchers
Agents using the 'Gift Voucher' menu can find and make voucher purchases for guests; either 'On Account' or by 'Credit Card' payments. 
Bathing and Spa Waivers
Waivers for Spa and Bathing bookings can be seen in Bathing Calendar and Spa bookings to show status of guest waivers.
Booking as an Agent
Agents must first login to the Netbookings backend in order to make bookings as an agent.

If you wish to modify the name of or add new Icons to use for 'Status' throughout Netbookings calendars (typically within Accommodation, Bathing and Spa Calendars).
Letter Templates
Letters templates are used to create a standard format for communications with your guests about details regarding their booking.
Lists
Lists enable user-defined suggestions for various fields throughout the Netbookings system.
Mandatory Guest Fields
Within Netbookings settings it is possible to enable which fields are mandatory for guest profile in front end and back end, for waivers and voucher creation.

Membership Count for Tours/Dining/Events
If membership created includes visits for Tours/Dining/Events or Activities, then within pricing group setup, number of visits counted towards any particular Tour/Dining/Event or Activity can be modified.

MyAccount guest login
A WEB page that exists for your guests to see upcoming bookings, address incomplete purchases, make changes to their profile and make new bookings.
MyAccount login link
A link for guests to use as a place to review upcoming or past bookings, making changes, update profile and more. 
MyAccount login widget
This is a code snippet that can be added to your WEB site (or provided to webmaster) so that guests will be recognised on your home page if they have logged into Netbookings previously.
Passkeys
Passkeys can be used in Netbookings to allow staff to enter into the system by using a biometric method or code instead of password. 
Payment Link Only
This setting allows for payment links to be sent via SMS and Email that last 30 days with no booking expiry.
