Accounting Code Setup
To create accounts to be a applied to pricing group, services, retail items, tour/activity templates, packages and anywhere applicable.


Mandatory Guest Fields
Within Netbookings settings it is possible to enable which fields are mandatory for guest creation in front end and back end, for waivers and voucher creation.

Suggestions and Extras
Enable ability to suggest services & extras; which can be any service, bathing, accommodation, spa, private bathing and more when Guests book online.

Payment Links & Reminder Letters
If you want to send payment links automatically using email reminders - and allow guests to settle payment before arrival - utilise Letters, Reminders and Payment Links together to achieve this. 

Payment Link Only
This setting allows for payment links to be sent via SMS and Email that last 30 days with no booking expiry.

Calendar
The calendar setup allows you to assign tariffs and minimum number of nights to each day.

Tariffs
A tariff is a way for businesses to assign pricing on a day-to-day basis.

Pricing Labels
Pricing labels allow businesses to assign descriptors for different people types.

Deposit Setup and Settings
A Pricing Group can have a 'Deposit' amount or percentage set, that will be required at booking (online or via staff), instead of full booking payment.

Membership Count for Tours/Dining/Events
If membership created includes visits for Tours/Dining/Events or Activities, then within pricing group setup, number of visits counted towards any particular Tour/Dining/Event or Activity can be modified.

Pricings
Pricing setup is used to assign a price to groups of rooms, tours and/or resources.

Tour Templates
Tour templates are pre-defined tours used by the Tour Wizard to schedule tours with ease.


Payment Types
When creating a booking, you can specify how it was paid for.

Scheduling Tours
Schedule a tour by selecting a tour template and entering the tour details.

Questions
Questions are a way to ask guests for information during the online booking process.
