Set the number of months, in advance, that a guest will receive an email reminder for the expiry of their gift voucher or certificate.

Go to System>Setup>Settings>Vouchers

Set Expiry Months

Set number of months expiry reminder email is sent to guest. Change reminder email subject if needed, send a test letter and save if satisfied.
