Payment Links & Reminder Letters

If you want to send payment links automatically using email reminders – and allow guests to settle payment before arrival – utilise Letters, Reminders and Payment Links together to achieve this. 

This is particularly useful where guests initially pay a deposit for their booking and you wish to have them confirm their booking via payment without manual assistance from yourself or staff. 

Setup Letter With Payment Link

  1. Go to System>Setup>Letters setup and select existing letter or create new
  2. Insert payment link at ‘Insert NB Field’ drop menu.
  3. Payment link will be inserted into letter as shown above.
  4. Click ‘Save’ to establish changes.

Setting Up Email Reminder

Prior to setting up email reminder see Communications and Reminders.

Go to System>Setup>Settings and navigate to ‘Communications’ tab. 

Scroll Down to Reminders panel. Assign new Custom Template to a reminder – in this case ‘Payment reminder days’. By assigning ‘7’, the email reminder will be sent 7 days before booking arrival. Send ‘Test Email’ to view example. Click ‘Save’ up top if satisfied
