Pricings

Pricing setup is used to assign a price to groups of rooms, tours and/or resources.

Examples of this could include:

  • A tourism business that runs 2 daily sightseeing tours that are priced differently would require two pricing groups.
  • A tourism business that runs 2 daily sightseeing tours that are priced the same would require only one pricing group.
  • A business that has 5 queen rooms and runs a daily sightseeing tour would require two pricing groups.

Click ‘Pricing Setup’

Navigate to System > Setup > Pricing Setup

Click ‘New’

Click 'New'

Click ‘New’ to create a new pricing.

Enter Pricing Details

Enter the details of the pricing, ensuring that ‘Tour’ is selected as the pricing type.

Enter ‘Name’ of tour, ‘Max guests’ and ‘Advertised price’. You can choose your ‘Display Category’ for the this Tour pricing group.

Toggle ‘Multiple Guests’ if you would like individual guests to enter their details when booking in a group (it will be a requirement to proceed with booking if this is selected). Toggle ‘Optional multiple guests’ if you would like to display the ‘enter details’ fields for individuals, but not a requirement to proceed with booking.

Enter Prices

Enter prices for your Tour in the respective price labels previously created (Adult, Child etc.).

Enter Tour Hours

Enter hours for the operation of the Tour, default duration of Tour and interval between bookings.

Click ‘Save’
