Qualifications can be setup in your business for use with Tours/Events/Dining module. It allows for qualifications (or certifications) to be selected as mandatory to meet tour/events/activity requirements. 

E.g. Scuba Diving Business will have setup dives that only guests with appropriate qualifications can book. These qualifications can be set by guests online (later to be confirmed by business) and by staff when creating/booking guests for a session. 

Go to System>Tour>Qualification setup

The standard diving group of certifications above can be added by request (then later modified). Please contact NB staff for more information.

Choose level based on hierarchy of qualifications

Creating Groups

Groups allows different sets of qualifications to be added to different Tour/Events/Activity modules. New groups for Qualifications can be added by request. Please contact NB staff for more information. 

Assign Qualification Requirement to Tour Template

Create New or select existing Tour Template.

Assign Qualification requirement (assign Group first if multiples exist) for tour template & Save.

Apply Qualification & Booking Online

Find dive booking online (note Certification required).

Login or create new account. Assign Qualification if new account and proceed.

Try to proceed with mismatched Qualification and can’t proceed.

Apply Qualification & Booking Backend

Find tour session to book.

Tour session shows Qualification required.

Assign Guest.

Validates if guest qualification is pre-existing & valid.

If new guest once added – select Edit guest to assign qualification/certification (if needing to confirm qualification also go to edit).

Apply qualification and other details (NOTE: When confirming qualification – click checkbox above Qualification field). Save to confirm. If valid will return to booking.

Try to proceed with mismatched Qualification and can’t proceed.
