Questions have a name that is used for staff to refer to and text (actual question or statement) that is provided to guests in booking process. The name can be used to identify the question more easily in reporting (rather than including entire text of question/statement). 

Go To System>Setup>Question Setup

Note the name, the website text (question guest sees or is asked) and answers.

Example Booking

Guest has answered question either online or assigned by staff.

Go To Reports>POS>Daily Café Packages Services

E.g. Report could be used daily to check dietary requirements of guests.
