The calendar allows for the quick lockout of an Accommodation room, date or specific room and date.

Lockout Rooms and Dates

Check boxes next to a Room or Date to lockout these rows and columns entirely – or select a square for a specific date and room to lockout. 

Note: Quick lockout can only be done one month at a time – to block access to a Room entirely – you must ‘de-activate’ the room. 

Check Calendar

See that the Calendar has dates now ‘blocked out’, as selected in the ‘Quick Lockout’ Calendar. 

When Guests use the online Booking Calendar these dates will appear as ‘Unavailable’.
