Search Menu

The search menu can be used to find bookings, vouchers, guests and orders across your Netbookings account since it was created.

Go to Search>Booking and use search field to enter a booking number (must be exact for bookings). Then click ‘Go to Booking’ button.

If booking exists you will navigate to booking details.

If booking does not exist you will receive error message: “Booking not found.”

Go to Search>Voucher and using search field you find vouchers using a number of different methods (as indicated by tool tip below):

– Gift number (eg. 225) or a range of numbers (eg. 320-370)

– Gift numbers greater than (eg. 350+)

– Expiry date (dd/mm/yy)

– Name or Nickname

In this example we will search range 180-185.

By clicking on blue voucher number from search list above, we will navigate to voucher details.

Go to Search>guest and using search field you find guests using a number of different methods (as indicated by tool tip below):

– Full name (eg. John Doe)

– First name (eg. John)

– Surname (eg. Doe)

– Company Name (eg. Netbookings)

– Email Address (eg. support@netbookings.com.au)

– Mobile number

– Partials allowed eg. Enter net to search for netbookings

In this example we search for ‘Bondi’ as a last name to find guest.

Select blue guest name from list to navigate to guest details.

Go to Search>Order and there are two main methods for finding orders available.

– Using date range

– Using order/pass number (where field says ‘Optional’)

As well as 3 different switches that can be applied to search:

– Incomplete (shows only orders not completed in backend and via POS)

– Online only (searches online orders only via Online Shop)

– Delivery date (search by delivery date instead of order creation date)

in this example search by using the Order/Pass number.

Click on blue order number from list above to navigate to order details.
