The Spa reporting category holds seventeen reports covering bookings, rooms, therapists and pricing. Each takes a date range, most take further filters, and every one exports as a spreadsheet, a PDF or raw data.

Running a report

Go to Reports and open the Spa category. Select the report you want.

1. Set the From and To dates, and any filters the report offers, such as staff, room or treatment.

2. Press Display.

3. Use Export as data, xlsx or pdf to take the results out of Netbookings.

4. Each report has a Report description link at the top right explaining what it covers.

Reports On Staff

Therapist Utilisation

Percentage that all therapists are in use by month.

Staff Assignments

A list of all staff and time assigned to services for each day over a period.

Unassigned Therapist Bookings

A report of spa bookings with no therapist assigned.

Reports For Rooms & Treatments

Spa Occupancy/Room

Percentage that all staff and venue rooms are in use by month. Room availability is determined by the business hours for each day. Services marked to exclude occupancy are not included.

Treatment Count by Room

A list counting the number of spa services performed in each room over a period.

Private Bathing Usage

The number of guests booked in each venue over a period, together with total hors and percentage utilisation.

Service by Pricing Group

A list of all services required in selected groups over a period.

Reports On Bookings

Arrived Bookings

Lists bookings marked as arrived but not departed (capacity).

Bookings Created

A list of all bookings made on a particular day.

Bookings for Period

A count of the number of spa bookings over a period. Multiple services for the same booking count as 1.

Booking Notes

A list of all bookings starting on a specific date with booking notes.

Booking Questions and Answers

List all questions and answers for all bookings and guests for a day.

Bookings For Staff Attention

A list of all bookings that have been marked as requiring staff attention.

Cancelled Bookings

A list of bookings cancelled over a period and who cancelled it.

Bathing Reports

Bathing Bookings by Entity

A count of the number of bathing bookings and guests over a period grouped by guest type. The list shows both online (public) and back end values.

Bathing Bookings by Interval

A count of the number of guests booked to arrive at each interval for each day over a period.

Bathing Utilisation by Interval

A tabulation of the maximum (current) usage of a bathing group by time interval for a period.

Retail Sales By Therapist

Sales attributed to a therapist are reported under the POS category rather than Spa. Go to Reports > POS > Sales by Therapist for retail and product sales by staff member over any date range.
