When a user logs in with incorrect details 3 times it will lock your Netbookings Business account for 15 minutes.

Unlock Account

Click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset password and unlock account at the same time. Otherwise you can wait 15 minutes

to attempt login again.

Note: If you go through password reset process, you can re-use your old password (if you just want to unlock your account) or create new one if needed.
