Tag products as ‘Staff Assign’ in System>POS>Retail Products & Sale of tagged products can be assigned in POS to the treatment therapist.

Go To POS>Retail Products

Select or Create Retail Product

Enable ‘Assign Staff’ switch. This allow product to be assigned to Therapist when Therapist rostered to booking.

Find Booking at POS>Search

Select Booking (search)

Select relevant Booking

Add Retail Product (with ‘Staff Assign’ enabled)

See Report has assigned therapist (Therapist Staff) to sale of Lavender Oil – for massage booking.

Spa Booking with Two Treatments

Find Booking at POS>Search

Select Booking (search)

Select relevant Booking with more than 1 treatment included.

Add Retail Product (with ‘Staff Assign’ enabled) – Note pop up emerges to choose which Therapist will be attributed to sale of Oil (since two therapists are part of booking).

NOTE: Sale of Lavender Oil could apply to both lines of booking; in which case either therapist could be assigned to sale in same way. 

Report assigns to therapist (Treatment Staff) selected in POS above; for sale of Lavender Oil (in multi treatment booking).
