Agent Bathing
Agents using the 'Bathing' menu can find and make bookings for guests; either 'On Account' or by 'Credit Card' payments. 
Agent Communications
Agents when making bookings or purchases will receive confirmation communications via email.
Agent Packages
Allows for packages to be booked by Agents either full price or with a trade rate/discount applied, via the Agent portal.
Agent Passes
Agents when accessing the portal can generate passes either 'On Account' or upfront by 'Credit Card' payment.
Agent Setup
Netbookings allows businesses to use agents to make bookings on the behalf of guests.
Agent Vouchers
Agents using the 'Gift Voucher' menu can find and make voucher purchases for guests; either 'On Account' or by 'Credit Card' payments. 
Allocate Agent Certificates
Agent Certificates allow the generation of certificate/voucher batches without the need for full PDF certificates/vouchers to be sent to a series of guests - rather they can be supplied with certificate/voucher number & validation code to be used in front end via checkout.
Booking as an Agent
Agents must first login to the Netbookings backend in order to make bookings as an agent.
Generating Passes
Package Passes can be issued for partner organisations for the purposes of promotions, 3rd party sales, 3rd party packaging agreements and other Agent use.
Passkeys
Passkeys can be used in Netbookings to allow staff to enter into the system by using a biometric method or code instead of password. 
Setup of Package for Passes
Using a switch within Package Setup we can enable some packages to be sent as a pass to 3rd parties, agents and more.
