Agents when accessing the portal can generate passes either ‘On Account’ or upfront by ‘Credit Card’ payment. Agent passes must first be created in backend by business in order for passes to be available for agents to generate. See Setup of Packages for Passes before continuing. 

Agent Passes can be provided to guests, their business or connected businesses as promotional tools. I.e. Package hotel stay with a bathing pass of business in local area or offer as a complimentary gift,  

Login to Agent Portal

Go to Passes Menu

Select From Available Passes

Select Passes from available at drop menu & QTY of passes to be generated. Then proceed.

Make Payment

Agent can make payment ‘On Account’ if enabled to do so in their agent setup – or pay up front via Credit Card. 

Passes Generated via Communications

Confirmation of purchase sent to Agent.

In separate email sent to Agent, passes will be attached as PDFs.
