Staff Management


Agent Bathing
Agents using the 'Bathing' menu can find and make bookings for guests; either 'On Account' or by 'Credit Card' payments. 
Agent Communications
Agents when making bookings or purchases will receive confirmation communications via email.
Booking as an Agent
Agents must first login to the Netbookings backend in order to make bookings as an agent.
Creating Staff Roles
Staff roles allow you to assign different allowed functions and titles for staff members.
Passkeys
Passkeys can be used in Netbookings to allow staff to enter into the system by using a biometric method or code instead of password. 
Reset IP Lock
When business logins are locked for any staff - using a mobile or different network to the one your staff are using - it is possible to reset the lock of your Netbookings business.
Spa Schedules
Spa Schedules can be used by staff or onsite to display up to date Spa calendar and Therapist Schedule.
Spa Therapist Room Assignment
Allows for Spa therapists to be assigned to a particular room for a day (rather than default manual assignment to bookings or auto assignment if enabled). 
Staff Role Functions
Functions must be added to a 'Role' to define how it will be used in the Netbookings system.
