Agent Bathing

Agents using the 'Bathing' menu can find and make bookings for guests; either 'On Account' or by 'Credit Card' payments.

Bathing and Spa Waivers

Waivers for Spa and Bathing bookings can be seen in Bathing Calendar and Spa bookings to show status of guest waivers.

Credit Card & Direct Deposit Requests

Allows for staff to use payment type Credit Card or Direct Deposit to signify that guest will pay via credit card or direct deposit at a later date.

Generate Multiple Gift Vouchers

Within the backend of Netbookings, create multiple gift vouchers.

Gift Voucher Discounts

Allows for creation of discounts that can be applied to specific vouchers (via services and packages) at checkout or via custom URL.

Icon Maintenance

If you wish to modify the name of or add new Icons to use for 'Status' throughout Netbookings calendars (typically within Accommodation, Bathing and Spa Calendars).

Payment Link Only

This setting allows for payment links to be sent via SMS and Email that last 30 days with no booking expiry.

Show ‘from’ For Prices

If we want to present our products online with a 'from' in front of price, users can select a setting to ensure it shows on all products on the Find Your Experience page.

Supervisor Authorisation Code

A code can be set up for a Supervisor, then apply in the Payment tab to authorise Refunds.

Today Surcharge

In the Bathing module, businesses can apply a surcharge for bookings that are made on the same day that the bookings is for.

Wizard Options

Enable & edit settings for how the booking wizard will treat services when checked for availability in cart (applies to front and back end).
