Package Passes can be issued for partner organisations for the purposes of promotions, 3rd party sales, 3rd party packaging agreements and other Agent use.

Package Matching

Package matching is a Netbookings function that automatically searches for packages that match the bookings and/or services that you have added.

Questions and Report Summary

Questions have a name that is used for staff to refer to and text (actual question or statement) that is provided to guests in booking process.

Refund Requests and Cancellation Reasons

Refund requests can be made by staff who do not have access to refund a payment. Staff can also select a 'Reason for Refund' from a list at the same time.
