Creating Staff Roles

Staff roles allow you to assign different allowed functions and titles for staff members.

Click ‘Staff Roles Setup’

Click 'Staff Roles Setup'

Navigate to System > Staff and Agents > Staff Roles Setup

Click ‘New’

Click 'New'

 

Enter Staff Role Details

Enter Staff Role Details

Enter a name for the staff role.

Click ‘Roles’

Click 'Roles'

Click ‘Roles’ to view your staff roles.
