If your business is using POS, it is possible to create memberships for guest in the application. Ensure Membership is setup first – see Memberships if unfamiliar with how to do so. 

Go To POS>Retail Products

Ensure Retail Product is created. Add name, Membership is linked, Display Category is assigned (to allow selection in POS) and price added. Save.

Go To POS

We must Search for a guest and add to the order before we can select membership and pay. 

Click Search

Search>Guest

Find Guest 

Find your guest using the ‘Guest Search’ field and select from list. Then click ‘Select’ to add to order.

Add Membership To Order

Find the retail product you created in first step, under the display category assigned and add to order. 

Make Payment

Order Complete

Press Print to Activate

In order to activate membership, must click ‘Print’ button to activate. Given option to print or email receipt to guest. When chosen then will activate membership.
