Pricings

Pricing setup is used to assign the price to groups of rooms and/or groups of tours and/or groups of resources.

Example 1:
– A tourism business runs 2 daily sightseeing tours that are priced differently, two pricing groups are required.
Example 2:
-A tourism runs 2 daily sightseeing tours that are priced the same, only one pricing group is required.
Example 3:
– A business has 5 queen rooms and runs a daily sightseeing tour. Two pricing groups are required.

Click ‘Pricing Setup’

Click 'Pricing Setup'

Navigate to System > Setup > Pricing Setup

Click ‘New’

Click 'New'

Click ‘New’ to create a new pricing.

Select ‘Tour’

Select 'Tour'

Select the pricing type of ‘Tour’.

Enter Pricing Details

Enter Pricing Details

Enter the details of the pricing.

Click ‘Save’

Click 'Save'

 

Click ‘Groups list’

Click 'Groups list'

Click ‘Groups list’ to view all of your pricings.
