The resource calendar is used to set the availability of resources.

Click ‘Resource Calendar’

Navigate to System > Tour > Resource Calendar.

Set Resource Availability

Resource availability can be set by selecting an individual cell (with green indicating availability), or by using the check-boxes to select whole rows or columns.

In this example, all resources will be made available by using the ‘All’ checkbox.

Click ‘Save’
