Access and schedule bookings in all Spa rooms you have available for any day selected. There are various other filters and toggle switches that can be used to highlight information. Using also pop-up menu over a booking can allow quicker setting of arrival & departures as well as status of rooms (cleaned, needs cleaning etc.). 

Go To Spa>Rooms

Spa>Rooms menu will show today’s bookings in all Spa Rooms by default. We can view past and future bookings by changing the date.

By hovering over a booking a clicking once with left-click will show pop up of various details that can be edited. We will explore these details in more detail below. 

Toggle Switches & Functions

Various toggle switches can be activated at Spa Rooms calendars to indicate different status’ of booking. Icons can be adjusted to suit your needs – see Icon Setup.

• • Groups – Groups switch is enabled at booking level where part of a group booking. 

    

    When enabled at calendar can show which bookings are part of a group booking. Note the icon in booking. 

    

  • Confirmed – Confirmed Switch is enabled at booking level to indicate booking is confirmed.

  • Attention – Bookings requiring attention can be enabled at booking level.

• • Arrived – Booking can be set as arrived on calendar or at booking level. 

    

    Status can be shown using Arrived toggle switch at Spa Rooms. Note the icon arrow through door on Guest booking. 

    

   

  • Room Status – Room status can be set in calendar or at booking level. 

    

    When room status toggle switch enabled, will show icons relevant to status selected. In example below ready icon has been activated. 

    

  • Owing – when enabled will show a ‘$’ symbol on bookings where money is owing. In this case all booking below indicate money owing. 

    

• Online – When selected will show a Netbookings icon to indicate whether the booking was made online. If doesn’t show on booking indicates it was created by staff.

  

 

• Quantity – When switch has been enabled will indicate the number of guest booked for a treatment block (line of booking).
  Note below that guest ‘Person’ at 11:30am treatment includes two guests. Where for guest ‘Testing’ the booking only includes one.
