Search Menu

The search menu can be used to find bookings, vouchers, guests and orders across your Netbookings account since it was created.

Questions and Report Summary

Questions have a name that is used for staff to refer to and text (actual question or statement) that is provided to guests in booking process.

Staff Roster Import & Export

Within the Staff Roster menu, it is possible to import and export the roster using Microsoft Excel.

Spa Rooms Calendar

Access and schedule bookings in all Spa rooms you have available for any day selected.

Wizard Options

Enable & edit settings for how the booking wizard will treat services when checked for availability in cart (applies to front and back end).

Therapist Assign For Sale Of Retail Products

Tag products as 'Staff Assign' in System>POS>Retail Products & Sale of tagged products can be assigned in POS to the treatment therapist.

Card & EFTPOS Surcharges

Set credit card surcharge to be applied online, or in backend when using 'Credit Card (Gateway)' and 'Manual Credit Card' payment types.

Therapist Blocking and Reasons

When using Spa>Therapist Calendar, blocking can be assigned to therapists in times they are unavailable during the day.

Spa Therapist Room Assignment

Allows for Spa therapists to be assigned to a particular room for a day (rather than default manual assignment to bookings or auto assignment if enabled).

Credit Card & Direct Deposit Requests

Allows for staff to use payment type Credit Card or Direct Deposit to signify that guest will pay via credit card or direct deposit at a later date.

Spa Schedules

Spa Schedules can be used by staff or onsite to display up to date Spa calendar and Therapist Schedule.

Separate Arrivals & Departures

Allows for accounting of separate arrivals & departures, where there are multiple guests under one booking.

Refund a Booking

Refunding a booking is a simple matter of making a negative payment to the value of the refund.

Refund to Gift Voucher/Certificate (Booking)

When refunding to gift voucher or certificate at the booking level, follow these steps to ensure correct process is followed.

Generate Multiple Gift Vouchers

Within the backend of Netbookings, create multiple gift vouchers.

Bathing Calendar

Make adjustments to entry limits on any given day for a Bathing experience.

Refund Requests and Cancellation Reasons

Refund requests can be made by staff who do not have access to refund a payment. Staff can also select a 'Reason for Refund' from a list at the same time.

Move Booking (Spa/Services)

You can move a booking to a different time/day as needed.

Booking Hold & Payment Links

Booking Hold allows you to set a time frame for when a booking can be paid before the booking is deleted.

Waiver Guest Details & History

Within guest details there are current waivers listed awaiting completion and historical record of waivers guest has signed.

Bathing and Spa Waivers

Waivers for Spa and Bathing bookings can be seen in Bathing Calendar and Spa bookings to show status of guest waivers.

Bathing Limits

Bathing limits define the maximum number of guests allowed entry to a Bathing experience at any timeslot on any day.
